Submissions that result in an active client relationship are retained for the duration of that relationship and an additional seven (7) years thereafter for business, tax, and legal recordkeeping purposes. Submissions identified as spam or invalid are deleted within thirty (30) days.

Email correspondence

Emails exchanged with VizionScop3 LLC are retained for up to seven (7) years to support client relationship management, project continuity, and compliance with applicable tax and business record requirements.

Server logs and technical data

Access logs, error logs, and security-related technical data — including IP addresses, user agent strings, and request metadata — are retained for up to ninety (90) days for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and operational diagnostics, after which they are automatically purged or anonymized.

Analytics data

Aggregated and anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for business intelligence purposes. Individual session data is retained according to the policies of our analytics providers, typically not exceeding twenty-five (25) months.

Backup systems

Routine backups of our systems are retained for up to ninety (90) days on a rolling basis. When personal information is deleted from our active systems, residual copies in backups are overwritten in the normal course of backup rotation and are not actively accessed except in the event of system recovery.

Legal and compliance holds

Notwithstanding the periods above, we may retain certain information for longer periods when required by applicable law, when needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or when subject to a legal hold or regulatory investigation.

We will honor verified deletion requests within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to support an ongoing client engagement, dispute, or legal obligation.
